North Adams: Senior Center to offer chair yoga classes

Lisa Bassi, registered yoga teacher, and Barbara Lampron will lead a six week series of inspired stretching at the Spitzer Center, 116 Ashland St. Classes will be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesdays, Dec. 3 through Jan. 7.
