Abuse victim empowered by yoga

DeRoehn, 42, who runs Road Home Empower Yoga with her partner Matthew Soper, 36, began practicing yoga while in the psychiatric ward at Concord Hospital in 2001 after experiencing what she describes as a "total emotional breakdown" while trying to confront the sexual abuse she suffered as a child.
