UW-FdL offers Strong Women strength training/Yoga classes

Yoga I and II classes start the week of Sept. 3 and run for 15 weeks. There are two options for Yoga I: Monday/Wednesday, 1:30-2:20 p.m., with Jeanne McDowell or Tuesday/Thursday, 1:55-2:45 p.m., with Lora Vahlsing.
