Exercise is ageless at Montville Senior Center

Eighty-one-year-old Bob Scabot, of Uncasille, participated in a Zumba class at the Montville Senior Center during the afternoon Tuesday. The class is instructed by Katie Sandberg of Oakdale. Earlier in the day Scabot took part in a yoga class at the center.
