World's oldest yogi, Miss Delaware in DVD filmed at Longwood

At age 95, Tao Porchon-Lynch won't slouch or rest on her laurels. The former model, cabaret dancer and MGM starlet, who marched with Gandhi and Martin Luther King Jr., has certified more than 3,000 yoga teachers and racked up hundreds of ballroom dance trophies.
