Instructor Emma Rainey is offering her version of a total body workout. She will use the Barre, but being a "dancer" isn't the idea, instead, BarreWorks combines the best of yoga, ballet, and core strength in just 55 minutes you will achieve a full-body workout targeting the hips, thighs, seat, abdominals and arms.
